Class Difficulty Levels

While we label classes from beginner to advanced, we believe that all levels are for all students, no matter their skill level or experience. The best way to learn is by doing.
These levels are mainly for choosing how much direction you want from the instructor and how simple or complex individual poses are.

Any

Straightforward and simple poses for newbies and tough sequences for athletes eager to challenge themselves. “Any” classes combine simplicity with difficulty, and instructors give descriptive and clarifying cues for each pose called for the first time.

Beginner

These classes focus on the fundamental poses and basic movements that class types usually see.
