Ashley grew up in rural Illinois and was always active playing softball and running cross country. Upon going to college, she struggled to find an exercise routine that felt fulfilling and motivating. Fast forward to post-grad life, she began attending various yoga classes and eventually fell in love with vinyasa and power yoga. Ashley completed her 200 HR teacher training in the summer of 2022 and is excited to share her love of yoga with other college students who may be searching for the same thing. As a mental health professional by day, Ashley is passionate about sharing how yoga can help us become more present and improve our overall well-being.
