Mallary Jones, E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®

Mallary Jones discovered yoga in 2007 after graduating from Virginia Tech. Yoga quickly became essential to her daily routine, providing mental relief, reducing stress, and improving sleep quality. Moving from home practice to exploring various styles, studios, and teachers in New York City, Mallary found solace amidst the pressures of working in banking. In 2015, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida and felt compelled to share yoga’s benefits, leading her to teach vinyasa at ‘Unity Yoga’ in Harlem. Relocating to Charlotte in 2017, Mallary initially resisted the hot room at Y2 Yoga but eventually fell in love with its energetic flow and vibrant teaching. In September 2020, she completed her 300-hour teacher training at Y2 Yoga, prompting her to leave her banking job and teach yoga full-time. Mallary thrives on empowering students and clients through studio classes, private sessions, and corporate engagements, emphasizing breath work, meditation, and mindful movement to transform lives with grace and ease.
